I recommended the client remove the strap and instead use a bolt technique. I am sorry I do not have the "after" video, as the house sold and I was unable to return to get an update. From the road I can see that the tree branch survived and the tree is doing well as of last summer. This technique works! Like and subscribe for future tree videos.
